Formerly the home of the Southern Spring Bedding Company, a set of buildings dating back to 1864, the rehabilitated complex is now a vibrant blend of commercial, retail, and loft residences. Skyline views display the golden dome of the state capitol and the skyscrapers along the spine of Atlanta’s Peachtree Street, from downtown to Buckhead.
