A cluster of new homes was built to maximize density on this intown site, and to provide a sense of community, while maintaining privacy for each individual unit. A garage is tucked on the lowest level, and two large exterior decks are designed on two separate levels, with skylights within, to maximize the relationship between interior and exterior.
