Glenwood Park

This mixed-use project is comprised of three buildings within the Glenwood Park site redevelopment. Building 16 is a newly constructed three story wood and post-tensioned concrete structure containing 12 condominiums on two levels over ground floor retail space. Building 15, also new construction, occupies the corner of Glenwood Avenue and the Glenwood Connector and contains retail space with vaulted ceilings. Building 17 was an existing windowless three-story brick and concrete block warehouse building along Glenwood Avenue that has been completely transformed and renovated into office condominiums with new windows cut into the existing exterior walls and new systems installed throughout.
