1099 Boulevard

The Project scope consists of a new 301-unit multi-family housing development located on the southeast section of Atlanta’s Beltline. Along with the apartments, there are 18 commercial units provided at grade along Boulevard Avenue. The units are distributed in eight buildings that are each 3-4 stories. The development includes a pool, clubhouse, amenity building, leasing office, and surface parking.
