Old Fourth Ward Hotel

An existing brick building forms the bones of a new boutique hotel, directly facing Atlanta’s Beltline, in the rapidly-changing Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.

Multiple terraces with restaurants and event spaces, including a rooftop bar and lounge, are designed to front the Beltline, taking advantage of the views and activity of pedestrian, bicycle, and scooter traffic on the urban Beltline corridor.
