Revival Lofts

Located where Piedmont Avenue meets Ralph McGill Boulevard in downtown’s SoNo district, the Revival Lofts has given new life to the United Methodist Center’s formerly blighted, six-story office building and the associated octagonal chapel at the corner. The project scope included a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of the building, which had sat vacant for nearly 20 years. The existing Chapel and pedestrian plaza have been restored and the character defining interior features were retained and rehabilitated.
